This is for you if
- You find it hard to switch off, even on holiday
- You sleep badly or wake tired
- You are curious about sound and want a gentle first step
- You want an evening that feels like a reset
Good to know
- Wear loose, warm clothes. The hall cools after sunset.
- Eat lightly beforehand. A heavy meal makes it hard to settle.
- If you are pregnant, have epilepsy or a pacemaker, tell us first and we will adapt the session.
- Arrive 15 minutes early. Doors close at 17:30 so the room can stay still.
