Pankaj’s story
I grew up a few lanes from the bowl workshops of Patan, where the sound of hammers on bronze was the background of every afternoon.
You do not have to believe in anything. You only have to lie down and listen.
My first teacher was an old craftsman who tuned bowls by ear. Before he let me play, he made me listen: to the bowl, to the room, and to the person lying in front of it.
I opened Divyalaya so that people could rest the way I learned to rest, slowly and without having to believe in anything. Today I lead the evening sound baths and teach the seven-day training.
