Booking terms
How booking, changing and cancelling works, in plain words.

Booking and paying
Sessions, classes and treatments booked on the website are confirmed straight away. You pay at the desk when you arrive, in Nepali rupees or US dollars, by cash or card.
Retreats and courses are booked as a request. We hold your place and email you within a day to confirm your dates and arrange a 20% deposit. The rest is paid when you arrive. All prices include 13% VAT.
Changing a booking
You can move a session, class or treatment to another day for free until 24 hours before it starts, using the link in your confirmation email. Retreat dates can be moved once for free up to 14 days before arrival.
Cancellations and refunds

Please cancel as early as you can, so someone else can take your place. Refunds go back the way you paid and usually arrive in 5 to 10 working days. If we ever have to cancel, you get everything back.
Your health
Sound baths, yoga and Ayurvedic treatments are gentle, but they are not medical treatment. Please tell us before you come if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a pacemaker, a heart condition, recent surgery or any condition we should know about. We may adapt or suggest a different session.
Pickups and getting here
Pickups leave from the agreed hotel at the agreed time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the driver may need to leave, and the pickup is not refunded.
Looking after the space
Divyalaya is a quiet place. Please keep phones on silent, avoid alcohol before sessions and respect the silence at meals during retreats.
